Our products are made fresh every week the night before market often finishing less than an hour before market opens. We also have a second day for manufacturing in the middle of the week for fulfilling orders placed here. When your order is placed with us, you can feel confident that the product you are receiving is fresh! If you are ordering online with instructions to ship, your order will ship on Thursday.

All of our products are made with the freshest ingredients possible. The intent of our products is that they will highlight the natural flavor of the ingredients. Each product is labelled here on the site with a list of the potential allergens they may contain. Know that all of our products are made in the same kitchen and on the same equipment that is used to process treenuts and peanuts so there is always the potential for some level of contamination.

At this time the only product offered that is vegan is our Rosemary Honey bread. We hope to offer additional products in the future so please check back often.

During the Market season we offer market pickup as a delivery option. This gives you the option of picking up your order without paying the shipping charges. It also guarentees that we will have your product when you arrive at the market. For the winter months this is not available. If you live in the Portland Metro area we may be able to offer home delivery on orders over $20. Please contact us before ordering in this case.
